I spent 26 years at Ericsson progressing from IT security to running 100-person regional teams, managing up to €120M budgets, and co-designing global learning programmes for 24,000 people. I left in 2023 to go deeper on what I care about most: governance, innovation, education, and AI.

Today I advise boards navigating the new regulatory landscape, teach at IE Business School, and build AI-powered tools, including a local-first board performance review system and a learning venture called Escuela para la Vida.

Teaching about AI, I always return to the same idea: AI is a cognitive amplifier, not a replacement. Every session is ultimately a course about you, your thinking, your judgment, augmented by the best tools available. That principle shapes everything I build and advise.

A facilitated board simulation stress-testing decision-making, roles and responsibilities, information flows, escalation, and oversight under a cyber incident, AI failure, or regulatory breach scenario. This is not training. It is governance under stress.
